The English Garden Magazine features Colm Joseph's Silver-Gilt winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2019 garden. Colm has created his first Chelsea exhibit in the Great Pavilion, where The Perennial Lifeline Garden celebrates the 180-year anniversary of Perennial – a charity that helps horticulturists in times of need.
